As Art Director for SBM, I have to say working with Jo was an absolute privilege. From day one, she made me feel included and valued and integral part of the team.
Her expertise in helping interpret and implement new style guides was invaluable, and she was always happy to lend expertise, a hand and collaborate regardless of whether it was in Team or with Brand — no matter how complex the project, whether it was working across teams or accommodating last-minute creative changes, Jo went above and beyond to make it happen and be delivered on time.
Her positivity and ability to bring people together made the workplace both productive and enjoyable. And of course her love for coffee rivaled my own, which only made our collaborations even better!

We used Jo to re-design our company logo to great effect, so it was an obvious choice to bring her back for more projects, eventually leading to engagement with our company on a more regular basis. She has helped us with branding for clothing, business cards, promo material and flags. She's also managed the design aspects of our new website (releasing soon at the time of writing), including hands on styling and also re-working existing images to work better with available spaces. She engages well with management and worked seemlessly with our developers. Her deliverables have included comprehensive brand kits, social media templates and brand books for printers and future designers. Her creativity, attention to detail, ability to anticipate our needs, and focus makes her a great fit with our "fun professional quality" approach to business and our clients. Jo is an important part of the teams we establish for our projects and we're looking forward to working with her again soon.
